Financing Statements, Continuations, Amendments, Assignments, Partial Releases, and Terminations filed pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code are recorded in the Record Room of the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. Recording fees are $20.00 per document.
Payment may be made by cash, credit card, check or money order (payable to the Circuit Court Clerk). Debit cards are not accepted for the payment of such fees.
Recording hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Documents presented after normal recording hours will be recorded the next business day.
